Keep St. Patrick's Day Running All Year Long |
|
Greetings I hope you had an awesome St. Patrick's Day! Did you enjoy all the music I shared online? Well, if you didn't, then make sure you download the free album of St. Patrick's Day music that I sent out right before the big day.
Go to You can also watch a bunch of shows from the St. Patrick's Day Internet Music Festival here: Mine was fairly laid back. As you may know, St. Patrick's Day is also my birthday. I decided to take a break during the day. But that evening I headed over to Black Market Bar & Grill and played a three hour show for a bunch of folks dressed in their finest green. At one point, a woman shouted something to me. I thought it was a song request. Turns out she just wanted to find out how to say "Roll Tide" in Gaelic. *head-to-palm* Ah well. That's what you get when a bunch of drunk people get together. lol On the bright side, my daughter joined me on the microphone to sing "I'll Tell My Ma". She and I have been working on that song. She's starting to get good at it! Do you have a suggestion for the next song we should sing together? I'd love your suggestion. It's #CelticThursday. So don't forget to share this week's edition of the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast or one of your other favorite bands on social media. Slainte!
